Who keeps this ledger, and on what basis
This site exists because lists of marketplace links are everywhere and records about those lists are nowhere. Anyone can publish a grid of prices; almost nobody publishes which marketplace a row came from, how many images it carries, or whether it has been looked at since. That missing layer is the whole project.
What the ledger is
A records layer holding 195 entries extracted 2026-09-29, spread across eight categories and 20 brands, carrying 2806 source images in total. Each record is addressable on its own page and states its marketplace, item ID, image count, price reference and verification status.
What it is not
It is not a shop. There is no cart, no stock figure, no checkout and no order handling, and no record carries an availability status. It is also not a review site: we publish no ratings, no scores and no testimonials, because we hold no sample that would make any of them mean something.
How a record enters the ledger
- The record is extracted from the source ledger with its marketplace and item ID intact.
- Its image set is read from the source listing and counted. A record with no images is dropped rather than shown with a placeholder.
- Its status is derived from three facts: image count, presence of a source link, and whether brand information exists. That rule is published in full on the method page.
- Its index tier follows the same threshold. Records below five images stay in the ledger and stay linkable, but are not submitted for indexing.
At the moment that produces 57 verified records, 101 watching and 37 unverified. The watching count is the interesting one: those records have images and a source but no brand field, and rather than infer a brand we left the status to record the absence.
Three things this site does not do
It does not publish a verification rate it cannot measure
Link checkers elsewhere quote accuracy percentages — ninety-five, ninety-eight, whatever the page decided. We measure link structure, not link availability, so we publish no availability figure at all.
It does not list discount codes
A code list is easy to fill and impossible to verify from here. Rather than publish placeholder strings with no expiry date, this site omits the section entirely.
It does not predict customs outcomes
Thresholds and rates are published facts. Inspection rates are not, and a site that quotes one is quoting something it cannot know. We publish the line, not the odds.
Corrections
If a record is wrong, write to records@spreadsheetkakobuy.click with the record ID and what looks incorrect. A change to a published parameter is recorded in the check log with the old value, the new value and the week — so a figure you noted earlier can always be reconciled with the one showing now.
