Terms of use
By reading this ledger you accept the terms below. They are written to be read rather than to be skimmed, and the most important clause is the first one.
1. This site is not a shop
Kakobuy Spreadsheet Ledger is a records and measurement site. It does not sell goods, hold stock, take orders, accept payment, arrange shipping or handle returns. No price shown anywhere on this site is an offer, and no record carries an availability status. Nothing on this site creates a contract of sale between you and us, and nothing here makes us a party to any transaction you enter into elsewhere.
2. What the information can support
Records are extracted from a destination ledger and carry the fields described on the method page. The price attached to a record is a value recorded at extraction, with the extraction date stated; it is a reference point, not a quotation, and listings move with seller promotions and stock. Image counts describe the source listing's own image set and say nothing about what those images show.
Instrument parameters are planning figures that you can change on the page. Where a parameter comes from a published threshold or rate, it carries the week it was last checked. Where it does not, the instrument says so and asks you for the figure.
3. What this site does not know
We hold no measured transit sample, no parcel loss sample, no duty outcome sample, no sizing measurements and no claim outcome data. We therefore publish no rate, probability or percentage for any of them. Customs thresholds and tax rates are reproduced as documented facts; inspection outcomes are not, and nothing on this site should be read as a prediction of one.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the decisions you make: verifying a listing before ordering, checking the rules that apply where you live, deciding what to declare, and complying with the law of your jurisdiction and of the marketplace you use. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or customs advice, and it is not a substitute for checking an authoritative source.
5. Third-party links and services
This site links to a destination ledger, to marketplaces and to platform pages. Those are other people's services, governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them, we do not warrant them, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, their pricing or their conduct. Links are provided so a record can be followed back to its source, and for no other purpose.
6. Referral links
Some outbound links carry a referral marker that may earn this site a commission at no cost to you. The disclosure page states which links carry one, what it does not change, and what we do not accept in return. Using or avoiding such a link changes nothing about the price you pay.
7. Accuracy and corrections
We aim to publish only figures we can trace, and we correct errors when they are reported. Corrections are recorded in the check log. Beyond that, the site is provided as it is: we do not warrant that every field is free of error, that a record reflects a listing's current state, or that the site will be available without interruption.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using its information, including losses connected to a purchase, a shipment, a customs assessment, a delay, a return or a dispute. Your dealings with any marketplace, agent or carrier are between you and them.
9. Intellectual property and reuse
The text, structure, instruments and compiled data of this site belong to it. Record imagery and listing details originate with the marketplaces and are referenced rather than claimed. You may quote a figure from this site if you attribute it and state the sample and week that accompany it, because a figure without its basis is not the figure we published.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the site changes. The effective date at the top of this page moves when they do, and material changes are recorded in the check log.
